The New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department has implemented an online licensing system for the Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, and Hearing Aid Dispensing Practices Board applications and license renewals. This investment will simplify the licensing process, making it easier for applicants and licensees to apply for and renew licenses in New Mexico.

PAPER APPLICATIONS ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTED. PLEASE SEE FORMS BELOW THAT MAY NEED TO BE UPLOADED WITH YOUR APPLICATION DEPENDING ON THE LICENSE TYPE YOU ARE SEEKING.

Renewals will be made available online 45 days before expiration.
