2021 Pharmacy Law Update Schedule: ALBUQUERQUE 9:00 AM- 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Please contact the NMBOP at least a week prior to a NMBOP sponsored Law Update (via e-mail at to reserve your spot and register, so that you can receive a certificate and CE credit for the law update. Please include in the message your name, pharmacist license number, the date and time of the session you wish to attend, and your contact information.

The NMBOP Albuquerque area Law Updates will be held at the NMBOP office. In 2021, we will hold two law updates on a Friday each month in the Albuquerque area, which will be held from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. All of the 2021 NMBOP sponsored Albuquerque area law updates fall on the first Friday of the month, EXCEPT the January, July, and September law updates (second Friday of the month).

If you wish to attend a Pharmacy Law Update that is sponsored by the NMPhA or NMSHP, please contact the organization directly to reserve. Please note that the dates and times for the NMPhA or NMSHP sponsored law updates vary.

** Remember, the Law Update held at the NMBOP, while presented at no charge, does not have an ACPE number and is not reported to the CPE Monitor.

2021 Pharmacy Law Update Schedule: OTHER NM AREAS

The NMBOP Inspectors will also hold Law Updates in areas outside of Albuquerque. Please contact NMBOP by email at to register and reserve your spot. Please include in the message your name, pharmacist license number, the date and time of the session you wish to attend, and your contact information. NMBOP sponsored Pharmacy Law Updates will generally be held on a Tuesday from 7-9PM. The only EXCEPTIONS in 2021 are Tuesday, June 22, 2021 in Santa Fe (this review will be held from 1-3 PM), and on Monday, November 29, 2021, in Las Cruces, NM. The review will be held from 7-9 PM at Mountain View Regional Medical Center.
