2026 Pharmacy Law Update Schedule: ALBUQUERQUE area webinar 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Please contact the NMBOP at least a week prior to a NMBOP sponsored Law Update (via email at pharmacy.board@rld.nm.gov) to reserve your spot and register so that you can receive CE credit for the law update. Please include in the message your name, pharmacist license number, the date and time of the session you wish to attend, and your contact information.
** Remember, the Law Update given by the NMBOP, while presented at no charge, does not have an ACPE number and is not reported to the CPE Monitor.
The NMBOP law updates will be held by webinar. In 2026, we will hold one law update on the first Friday of each month 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, except for July, which will be held on 7/10/26 due to the 4th of July holiday.
If you wish to attend a pharmacy law update that is sponsored by the NMPhA or NMSHP, please contact the organization directly to reserve. Please note that the dates and times for the NMPhA or NMSHP sponsored law updates vary.

The NMBOP Inspectors will also hold law updates for areas outside of Albuquerque, although registration is open to licensees regardless of area of residence. Please contact NMBOP by email at least a week before the law update at pharmacy.board@rld.nm.gov to register and reserve your spot. Please include in the message your name, pharmacist license number, the date and time of the session you wish to attend, and your contact information. NMBOP sponsored pharmacy law updates will generally be held on a Tuesday 2-4 PM.
