*Please note that all licenses expire Decmeber 31st of each year. If you are planning on fighting in 2025, you would complete the 2025 licensee application. If you will be fighting in 2026, please fill out the 2026 licensee application.
All fees are non-refundable, please ensure you are applying for the correct calendar year.
