Elevator Bureau
The mission of the Elevator Safety Bureau is to ensure practical safeguarding of persons and property from hazards arising from the use of vertical conveyance equipment. This is accomplished by enforcement of state and national codes, annual safety inspections, compliance with industry standards, and enforcement of all permitting and mechanic license requirements.
