Real Estate Commission Regular Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the New Mexico Real Estate Commission will convene a regular meeting on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will be held in-person located at the Regulation & Licensing Department - Rio Grande Room, 2550 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe, NM, 87505 and virtually via Microsoft Teams. The agenda will be posted and available at least 72 hours before the meeting on the Board’s website at: REAL ESTATE COMMISSION WEBSITE Copies may also be obtained by emailing the New Mexico Real estate commission at RLDRealEstate.Comsn@rld.nm.gov. An individual with a disability who needs a reader, amplifier, qualified signed language interpreter, or other form of auxiliary aid or service to attend or participate in the meeting should contact Pamela Predika, Board Administrator at (505) 476-4622. *Individuals who would like to participate and offer public comment must register in writing by e-mail no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. The members of the Real Estate Commission may ask questions for clarification but will not engage in substantive discussion of public comments or take formal action on an item of business unless noticed in the meeting agenda. Issues raised in public comment may be placed on the agenda for a future public meeting for discussion or action. For inclement weather: If New Mexico state offices are placed on a two-hour delay due to inclement weather, the board meeting will be pushed back two hours from the noticed meeting time. If New Mexico state offices are closed due to inclement weather, the board meeting will be rescheduled as soon as possible. *This language is contingent upon the Commission's position as to whether to accept public comment virtually.
