New Mexico Real Estate Commission Special Board Meeting Monday, September 26, 2022 at 9 a.m. via Zoom meeting hosted by Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors at 1635 University Boulevard NE in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Notice is hereby given that the New Mexico Real Estate Commission will convene a special meeting on Monday, September 26, 2022 at 9 a.m. The meeting will be a Zoom meeting hosted by the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors at 1635 University Boulevard NE in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The classrooms at the GAAR offices that would normally accommodate brokers attending the meeting are under construction and unavailable until further notice. As such, brokers wishing to attend the meeting must do so via Zoom. Persons wishing to attend the meeting by Zoom must register in advance with GAAR at: https://gaar.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZ0pfuqrrT8vGdb6nJsJiQWzO3XOwKC5k_q9 After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting A copy of the agenda for the meeting will be available from the Commission office or from the Commission web site at www.rld.state.nm.us no later than 72 hours before the meeting. The Commission may enter into Executive Session pursuant to Sections 10-15-1 H (1) (3) and (7) of the Open Meetings Act to discuss matters related to the issuance, suspension, or revocation of licenses, and threatened or pending litigation. Persons with a disability who need a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid or service to attend or participate in the meeting may contact Commission Executive Secretary Wayne W. Real estate brokers may earn up to four (4) hours of continuing education credit in each three-year licensing cycle by attending a Commission meeting, rule hearing, disciplinary hearing, or a meeting of the Education Advisory Committee.
