New Mexico Real Estate Commission Notice of Regular Meeting Monday, November 21, 2022, 9 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the New Mexico Real Estate Commission will convene a regular meeting on Monday, November 21, 2022. The meeting will convene at 9:00 a.m. in a hybrid format via Zoom at the Regulation and Licensing Department offices at 5500 San Antonio Drive NE in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The meeting agenda and Zoom link to the meeting will be posted on the Commission website at https://www.rld.nm.gov/boards and commissions/individual-boards-and-commissions/real estate no later than 72 hours before the meeting. Copies of the agenda may also be obtained by contacting Commission Executive Secretary Wayne W. Ciddio at wayne.ciddio@state.nm.us or by telephone at (505) 785-3937. An individual with a disability who needs a reader, amplifier, qualified signed language interpreter or other form of auxiliary aid or service to attend or participate in the meeting should contact Executive Secretary Wayne W. Ciddio at (505) 785-3937 as soon as possible. The Commission may enter into closed session as provided in Sections 10-15-1 H (1) (3) and (7) of the Open Meetings Act. Real estate brokers may earn up to four hours of continuing education credit during each three-year renewal cycle by attending a Commission meeting, rule hearing, disciplinary hearing, or meeting of the Education Advisory Committee.
