NMLS renewals started on November 1.
Licensing staff will work renewal applications in the order they are received. Please ensure all required items have been answered/uploaded to NMLS to facilitate timely processing of your application. Complete and accurate renewals are generally processed within 14 days but may be slightly delayed due to increased volume.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we process approximately 15,000 in under 60 days.
The Boards and Commissions Division will NEVER ask for payment or discuss potential disciplinary actions or investigations over the phone.
All official BCD payments must be made online through NM-PLUS.
If you receive a call regarding your licensure being at risk or suspended, or any other action requiring you to visit a certain location or make a payment, please notify the Boards and Commissions by calling us directly at 505-476-4622 or by using the official email addresses posted on our website.
