Nutrition and Dietetics Board will convene a Rulemaking and Regular meeting Friday, June 27, 2025

Notice is hereby given that the New Mexico Nutrition and Dietetics Board will convene a Rulemaking and Regular meeting on Friday, June 27, 2025. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will be held at the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department, 5500 San Antonio Dr., Albuquerque, NM 87109 in the Sandia Conference Room. The regular board meeting will immediately following the rule hearing. This meeting will also be held via Microsoft Teams for those wishing to attend virtually.

Proposed Rules

The board is currently accepting public written comments on the proposed amendments. Please submit written comments on the proposed changes to Roxann Ortiz, Senior Board Administrator, via electronic mail at: nutritiondieteticsbd@rld.nm.gov or by regular mail at P.O Box 25101, Santa Fe, NM 87504, no later than June 27, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Written comments received prior to the rule hearing will be posted to the RLD website within three business days of receipt to allow for public view. Persons will also be given the opportunity to present their written or oral comments at the public rule hearing.

If New Mexico state offices are closed due to inclement weather, the rule hearing will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
