The Real Estate Appraisers Board will convene a regular Board meeting on June 20, 2025, at 9:00am The meeting will be held at the New Mexico Regulations and Licensing Department Santa Fe Office located at the Toney Anaya Building, 2550 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe, NM 87505. The meeting agenda will be posted and available at least 72 hours before the board meeting on the Appraisers Board's website at: https://www.rld.nm.gov/boards-and-commissions/individual-boards-and-commissions/real-estate-appraisers/board-information/real-estate-appraisers-board-meetings/ If you are an individual with a disability who needs a reader, amplifier, qualified signed language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid or service to attend or participate in the Board meeting, please contact the Board Administrator, Pamela Predika at Pamela.Predika@rld.nm.gov or (505) 220-3164. *Individuals who would like to participate and offer public comment must register in writing by e-mail no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 18, 2025. The members of the Real Estate Appraisers Board may ask questions for clarification but will not engage in substantive discussion of public comments or take formal action on an item of business unless noticed in the meeting agenda. Issues raised in public comment may be placed on the agenda for a future public meeting for discussion or action. For inclement weather: If New Mexico state offices are placed on a two-hour delay due to inclement weather, the board meeting will be pushed back two hours from the noticed meeting time.
