Cannabis Regulatory Advisory Committee – June 11, 2025
Notice is given that the Cannabis Regulatory Advisory Committee (C-RAC) will hold an in-person public meeting on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, beginning at 1:30 p.m.
The meeting will be held at: Las Cruces City Hall 700 N. Main St Room 2007 A&B Las Cruces, NM 88001

Meeting agendas will be posted on the Cannabis Control Division’s website no later than seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled start of the meeting and may be accessed here: https://www.rld.nm.gov/cannabis/about/cannabis-regulatory-advisory-committee/. The agenda for any meeting is subject to amendment until seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled start of the meeting. Please check for any updates to meeting agendas that may be made prior to that deadline.
The C-RAC invites public comment. Any guest wishing to provide public comment must register in advance to attend virtually. Public comments will be limited to three (3) minutes per person. The written comment portion is limited to 250 words. Please provide your full name, and the business entity you represent, if any.
