Notice is hereby given that the New Mexico Board of Athletic Trainers Practice Board will convene a Rulemaking Hearing & Regular meeting on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. The meeting will begin at 11:30 a.m. and will be held at The Regulation and Licensing Department, 5500 San Antonio Dr. NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87109 in the Sandia Conference Room.
The regular board meeting will immediately follow the rules hearing.
The meeting will also be held via Microsoft Teams for those wishing to attend virtually.

Proposed Rules
The Board is currently accepting public written comments on the proposed amendments. Please submit written comments on the proposed changes to Richard Espinoza, Team Manager, via electronic mail at:

Box 25101, Santa Fe, NM 87504, no later than Wednesday June 25, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. Written comments received prior to the rule hearing will be posted to the RLD website within three business days of receipt to allow for public view. Persons will also be given the opportunity to present their written or oral comments at the public rule hearing.
