MEMORANDUMTO: Members of the Advisory Board of Respiratory Care Practitioners & interested parties From: Richard Espinoza, Health Licensing Manager DATE: September 26, 2025 RE: Special Board Meeting on October 3, 2025 Notice is hereby given that the Advisory Board of Respiratory Care Practitioners will convene a special board meeting on Friday, October 3, 2025. The purpose of this meeting will be to initiate rulemaking. The board meeting will begin at 2:00 p.m. and will be held at the Regulation and Licensing Department offices, 2550 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe, NM, 2nd Floor, Rio Grande Conference Room. The meeting agenda will be posted 24 hours before the board meeting on the board's website.RESPIRATORY BOARD WEBSITEDuring public comment, members of the Advisory Board of Respiratory Care Practitioners may ask questions for clarification but will not engage in substantive discussion of public comments or take formal action on an item of business unless noticed in the meeting agenda. Issues raised in public comment may be placed on the agenda for a future public meeting for discussion or action.
