ATTENTION LICENSEES: Starting June 20, 2025, PSI's Albuquerque office and testing center will be located at 9550 San Mateo Blvd. NE, Suite F, Albuquerque, NM 87113. The test center will reopen for testing at the new location on Thursday, June 26, 2025. 

Upcoming Office Closure The offices of the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department will be closed on Monday, October 13 in observance of Indigenous Peoples' Day. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, October 14.
