NM-PLUS Account Reactivation

Due to an administrative error, some user profiles in our licensing platform (NM-PLUS) were inadvertently deactivated. As we work to restore these profiles, you may receive an automated email titled “New Mexico Regulation & Licensing Department – Account Registered.”

Please be aware that this email is not spam and follow the below instructions to regain access to NM-PLUS.

No longer need access to NM-PLUS?

Only licensees with an active license are required to complete the registration process. If you do not currently hold an active license, you may disregard the registration email.

Still need access to NM-PLUS?

If your account was deactivated by mistake and you still need access to NM-PLUS for license applications, renewals, etc., you will be required to reset your password in order to reactivate your account. Please refer to the email the department sent on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 for instructions on how to reset your password.

RESIDENTS OF RECENT FLOOD-AFFECTED AREAS:

All construction work on homes or other structures must be permitted and performed by licensed professionals. Working with a licensed professional is important for your safety! Verify that the person doing work on your home is properly licensed with either the Construction Industries Division or Manufactured Housing Division by visiting https://public.psiexams.com/search.jsp.

Please note: The CCD Compliance Activity dashboard has been moved to “Data & News” here.
