NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING - RESCHEDULED
The Home Inspectors Board has been rescheduled and will convene a regular Board meeting on February 12, 2026, at 9:00am The meeting will be held at The Regulation & Licensing Department - Sandia Room, 5500 San Antonio Drive NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109.
The meeting agenda will be posted and available at least 72 hours before the board meeting on the Board’s website at: Home Inspectors Board Meetings - NM RLD
If you are an individual with a disability who needs a reader, amplifier, qualified signed language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid or service to attend or participate in the Board meeting, please contact the Board Administrator, Home.Inspectors@rld.nm.gov or (505) 220-3164.
*Individuals who would like to participate and offer public comment must register in writing by e-mail no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 11, 2026. The members of the Home Inspectors Board may ask questions for clarification but will not engage in substantive discussion of public comments or take formal action on an item of business unless noticed in the meeting agenda. Issues raised in public comment may be placed on the agenda for a future public meeting for discussion or action.
For inclement weather: If New Mexico state offices are placed on a two-hour delay due to inclement weather, the board meeting will be pushed back two hours from the noticed meeting time. If New Mexico state offices are closed due to inclement weather, the board meeting will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
