  Please be advised that the Advisory Board of Respiratory Care Practitioners Regular Meeting scheduled for Friday September 16, 2022, at 9:00 a.m., via Cisco Webex Meetings IS HEREBY POSTPOED to October 14, 2022.Notice is hereby given that the Advisory Board of Respiratory Care Practitioners will convene a regular meeting on Friday, September 16, 2022. The meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. and will be held online via Cisco Webex. Attendees may also attend by phone.   Following the New Mexico Open Meetings Act and guidance from the Office of the New Mexico Attorney General, members participating remotely shall be counted towards quorum for conducting business of the public body. Circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic and related public health concerns may make it “difficult or impossible for [a] member to attend the meeting in person,” and permits remote participation of any or all members of the public body under the Open Meetings Act, NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-1(C).
