Home Inspectors Board: Notice of Public Rule Hearing and Board Meeting

The Regulation and Licensing Department (Department) in consultation with the New Mexico Home Inspector Board (Board) will hold a rule hearing on April 2, 2024 at 1:00 pm pursuant to 61-24D-3(F) NMSA 1978, immediately followed by a regular meeting of the Board to discuss and consider adoption of the proposed rules listed below.
