The Real Estate Commission will convene a special Commission meeting on May 20, 2025 at 9:00am The meeting will be held in a virtual format. The meeting agenda will be posted and available at least 72 hours before the commission meeting on the Commission’s website at: https://www.rld.nm.gov/boards-and-commissions/individual-boards-and- commissions/real-estate-commission/board-information/real-estate-commission- board-meetings/ If you are an individual with a disability who needs a reader, amplifier, qualified signed language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid or service to attend or participate in the Commission meeting, please contact the Board Administrator, Pamela Predika at Pamela.Predika@rld.nm.gov or (505) 220-3164. *Individuals who would like to participate and offer public comment must register in writing by e-mail no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, May 19, 2025. The members of the Real Estate Commission may ask questions for clarification but will not engage in substantive discussion of public comments or take formal action on an item of business unless noticed in the meeting agenda. Issues raised in public comment may be placed on the agenda for a future public meeting for discussion or action. For inclement weather: If New Mexico state offices are placed on a two-hour delay due to inclement weather, the board meeting will be pushed back two hours from the noticed meeting time. If New Mexico state offices are closed due to inclement weather, the board meeting will be rescheduled as soon as possible. *This language is contingent upon the Commission's position as to whether to accept public comment virtually.
